Professor Vukotić Veselin is economist, full professor and Rector of the University of Donja Gorica as well as founder and bearer of the idea of the private university UDG. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade where he also received his Ph.D. He has done several specializations abroad, among which are the most important programs in England, Scotland and the USA, and in particular a one-year specialization at the Moscow Lomonos University, at the Department of Economic Statistics and Mathematics. He began his university career at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, where he was elected to all academic titles from the assistant to the regular professor.
