New study program of I cycle “Horticultural engineering” inspired by VIRAL project

Agromediterranean faculty Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar developed a new study program of I cycle “Horticultural engineering”, being inspired by VIRAL project. The need for the implementation of ICT technology in agricultural activities is becoming essential and irreplaceable. For this reason, recognizing this fact, the Agromediterranean faculty started activities on the creation of a new study program with 30% of based modules engaging relevant field professors from the Faculty of Information Technology. Equipment purchased through BUGI and VIRAL projects will be used for practical training. First students are expected to be enrolled in 2021/22.
