Ana Butcaru, PhD (female), is an Assistant Researcher in the Research Center for Studies of Food and Agricultural Products Quality, in the Fruit Growing Laboratory with 4 years’ experience in research in horticulture. Her major researchers were in organic fruit production,  especially on edible roses and the valorisation of fruit production through drying and jams. She has, also, competences in IT domain (bachelor and master in Cibernetics, Informatics and Economic Statistics; manager of a project developing a portal for horticulture).
