Milan Šipka received the MSc degree in management of soil and water from the University of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2019. He is currently a senior teaching and research assistant at the University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Agriculture. He is author and coauthor in 10 research papers, and he participated in 11 national and international research projects (FP6, Tempus, Erasmus, FAO). His research interests include the application of GIS and RS in Soil science (land use and land cover changes, soil suitability, soil capability, erosion process modeling, etc.).
